By entering the competition on the ACO Water Talk Survey webpage or at the ACO Stand during the RHS Hampton Court Place Flower Festival 2023, you are agreeing to ACO storing and using your information in line with ACO’s privacy policy, available at https://www.aco.co.uk/policy-+-general-information. We will not share your information with third parties unless you specifically agree to us sharing these details.

This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by Tom Massey Studio, Dorling Kindersley or Haws. By participating you hereby release and hold harmless Tom Massey Studio, Dorling Kindersley or Haws from any and all liability associated with this promotion.

Entrants are providing information to ACO TECHNOLOGIES PLC and not to Tom Massey Studio, Dorling Kindersley or Haws.

Please read these competition rules carefully. If you enter Water Talk Survey and Prize Draw, we will assume that you have read these rules and that you agree to them.

1. To enter a competition you must be:

(a) UK resident; and

(b) 18 years old or over at the time of entry.

2. Competitions are not open to employees (or members of their immediate families) of ACO TECHNOLOGIES PLC.

3. Entries must be made via on the ACO Water Talk Survey webpage or at the ACO Stand during the RHS Hampton Court Place Flower Festival 2023.

4. No responsibility can be accepted for entries that are not received for any reason.

5. The winners will be selected at random from the correctly completed survey questionnaires. Prizes will be offered in the following order:

  • X1 A one-hour online consultation with Tom Massey and ACO specialists for your garden.
  • X10 Signed copies of Tom Massey and the RHS’s book The Resilient Garden, published in 2023 by Dorling Kindersly.
  • X5 Haws two gallon, long-reach, watering cans (the Warley Fall).
  • X10 ACO ‘We Care for Water’ 500ml, stainless steel, water bottles

6. The closing date is 31st July 2023, and ACO TECHNOLOGIES PLC reserves the right to amend the competition end date at any time.

7. If you win the competition, we will notify you by telephone or e-mail. If we cannot contact you or you do not respond within one week, we reserve the right to offer the prize to another competition entrant.

8. In accepting the first prize of a online consultation with Tom Massey, you agree to allowing ACO use details of the consultation and its recommendations in ACO’s publicity.

9. The prize cannot be transferable to another person.

10. No prize or part of a prize is exchangeable for cash, tickets or services.

11. If an advertised prize is not available, we reserve the right to offer an alternative prize.

12. Incorrectly completed entries will be disqualified.

13. Please read our Privacy Policy which tells you how we use any personal information we may collect about you by entering a competition.

14. ACO TECHNOLOGIES PLC reserves the right to amend these rules at any time. If we do this we will publish the amended competition rules on the relevant competition page.
