ACO to unveil major water management innovations at Ecobuild
Posted March 2017
ACO, the leading manufacturer of water management systems, will be showcasing the latest developments in its range of drainage solutions at Ecobuild.
Held at Excel London on 7 – 9 March, Ecobuild is recognised as the world’s leading event for sustainable design, construction, energy and the built environment. This year the show will focus on regeneration to drive a more sustainable future, and the management of water plays a crucial role in this.
ACO will be on stand C177 to offer its support with a diverse range of solutions from both its Civils + Infrastructure and Building + Landscape divisions. Visitors to the stand will be able to see a selection of new water management solutions including ACO Freestyle and Multiline Sealin, as well as a variety of leading domestic water solutions suited for applications ranging from patios to wetrooms.
ACO Freestyle is a unique customer-led grating design service, which gives architects and commercial property owners the freedom to create fully-bespoke drainage grating designs for the external environment.
Drainage gratings are one of the first things you’ll encounter as you walk up to a building, and ACO Freestyle can help make both a lasting first impression and reinforce brand identity from the outset.
Existing grating creations will be featured on stand, as well as examples of the ingenious ways architects have integrated Freestyle surface drainage design into developments. This will help to inspire visitors and demonstrate what can be achieved with ACO Freestyle.
Also on display is the new Multiline Sealin, the only grated drainage channel with an integrated seal. Sealin deals with a number of issues such as keeping impurities out of the groundwater, while offering quick installation times and guaranteed water tightness, as manual sealing is not required.
Following the recent rebrand of ACO Urban + Landscape, the new Building + Landscape division will be using the show to introduce its new range of innovative products. ACO has developed its product portfolio to reflect the growing needs of the domestic market and now provides a broad spectrum of internal and external solutions. ACO Building + Landscape will be showcasing a selection of its portfolio suitable for a whole range of domestic spaces including patios, driveways, building thresholds, landscaped areas and wetrooms.
This new approach not only demonstrates ACO’s ability to recognise the needs of the market, but also its continued commitment to safeguarding the built environment.
Will Allen, Marketing Manager – Civils + Infrastructure at ACO, says: “Having exhibited and supported Ecobuild for many years, we’re looking forward to showcasing our most diverse portfolio of highly effective water management solutions to date. From our experience it’s the perfect platform to meet new faces and valued customers, and discuss the vital issues affecting the UK’s construction industry. Ecobuild offers a great opportunity for us to preview these new products on a grander scale.”
ACO’s stand will be divided into various zones to reflect each range of drainage solutions, including internal drainage, highways and SuDS solutions.
The company is also proud sponsors of the green infrastructure seminar area, which is adjacent to the stand, and where independent experts will be speaking for the three days. ACO look forward to meeting people on stand C177.
